Before I found Bitcoin, I spent nearly a decade working in the employee benefits industry. I helped employers design retirement savings programs, group benefits plans, and financial wellness initiatives intended to help employees build a more secure future.

What struck me over the years was that most people weren't struggling because they lacked access to savings vehicles.
